回想第一場辯論開始的時候，有誰能想到，這向來嚴肅甚至有點枯燥的美國總統辯論不斷上演神轉折，

今天，大家熱切期待的第三場也是最後一場電視辯論終於來了！

美國大選第三場電視辯論於

美國東部時間10月19日晚9點（北京時間10月20日上午9點）鳴鑼開戰。

此次辯論延續傳統，時長90分鐘（run for 90 minutes），中間無插播廣告（no commercial breaks）。

1969年，一位化名為傑內·羅伊的婦女和其他人一起向德克薩斯州限制墮胎的法令提出了挑戰。該法令規定，除非因為維護孕婦的生命，州內一律禁止婦女實施墮胎手術。

該案最終上訴到聯邦最高法院。1973年，聯邦最高法院以6：3的多數意見裁定，德州限制墮胎的法令過於寬泛地限制了孕婦在妊娠過程中的選擇權，侵犯了聯邦憲法修正案第14條所保護的個人自由，構成違憲。
