廈門大學道教研究方向簡介

廈門大學,由著名愛國華僑領袖陳嘉庚先生於1921年創辦,是中國「211工程」和「985工程」重點建設的高水準大學。廈門大學校園依山傍海、風光秀麗,已成為公認的環境最優美的中國大學校園之一。廈門大學今後一段時期發展的總體戰略目標:在建校一百年時全面建成世界知名高水準研究型大學。


廈門大學道學與傳統文化研究中心成立於2003年,詹石窗教授是該中心的創立者和名譽主任。該中心將道學置於中華傳統文化的大背景下來開展研究,同時特別注重國際交流,招收國內外的訪問學者、博士後、博士、碩士,具備良好的學術團隊,研究中心承擔了《百年道學精華集成》等多項國家社科研究重大項目,取得了許多重要的研究成果,並產生了良好的學術影響。


黃永鋒教授是廈門大學道學與傳統文化研究中心的現任主任,他的主要學術領域是道教文獻學、道教醫藥養生學。多年來,黃教授持續在上述這兩個領域開拓進取,其精細的經典研究工作,有助於道教文獻學的學科建設,有助於同行開展後續的研究;發掘道教養生要義及其丹道思想精粹,有利於古為今用,有利於中外文化交流。


In 1921, Mr. Tan Kah Kee, a well-known patriotic overseas Chinese leader, founded Xiamen University (XMU). XMU has long been listed among China』s leading universities on the national "211 Project" and "985 Project" which ensure privileged support for its sustainable and strategic development. Nestled snugly between green hills and the blue sea, XMU is renowned as China』s "most beautiful university" for its excellent education facilities and beautiful campus. XMU has renowned its international reputation as a world-class university.

Taoism and Traditional Culture Research Center of Xiamen University (TTCRC)) was founded in 2003 by Professor Shichuang Zhan, who is also the honorary director of the center. Taoism research is well rooted and developed in the Chinese traditional cultural context in TTCRC. TTCRC pays special attention to international exchange. TTCRC recruits domestic and overseas visiting scholars, post-doctors, doctors and masters for building up an outstanding academic team. The research center has undertaken a number of major national social science research projects, such as Compilation of the Achievements of Taoist Studies in One Hundred Years, and has drawn many important research results with significant academic influence.


Professor Yongfeng Huang is the current director of TTCRC. He has been devoted into the Taoism Literature, Taoism medicine and science of nourishing life, and he has been working hard in these particular areas for long. His elaborate basic research about Taoist scriptures contributes to the construction of Taoist Literature Studies and helps deeper research and following study in this field. Meanwhile, exploring the Taoist essence of nourishing life and alchemy ideological essence is conducive to make the past serve for the present, also conducive to Sino-foreign cultural exchanges.


Professor Yongfeng Huang is an outstanding young social science expert. He worked as a visiting scholar at Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS) and Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes de Paris(EPHE) in 2013-2014. And he worked as a senior research scholar at Seoul National University in South Korea in the summer of 2016. Professor Huang believes that more international communications are crucial for promoting the Taoist academic progress. He is sending warm welcomes to international colleagues and scholars to visit as visiting scholars or post-doctors and work at the Xiamen University. Foreign students are also welcomed to pursue a master s degree or doctoral degree to engage in the study of Taoism, or religions and culture exchanges between China and foreign countries.
