昨天，gov.uk貼出了新的移民政策細則改變，將於本月24號生效。受影響的主要是以下幾個類別的簽證

Tier 2

薪資門檻變動

Increasing the Tier 2 (General) salary threshold for experienced workers to ￡25,000, with some exemptions

有經驗的僱員：25000英鎊/年（上升），部分類別的工作除外

Increasing the Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) salary threshold for short term staff to ￡30,000

公司內部短期調動：30000英鎊/年（上升）

Reducing the Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) graduate trainee salary threshold to ￡23,000 and increasing the number of places to 20 per company per year

公司內部調動（培訓生）：23000英鎊/年（下降），並將每個公司的該類別名額增加至20

Closing the Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) skills transfer sub-category

關閉公司內部調動的技能子類別。

The date from which intra company transfers will be liable for the health surcharge will be announced in due course.

未來，內政部將在適當的時候對內部轉移員工徵收健康附加費（Health Surcharge）

Tier 4

A number of changes are being made, including amendments to the academic progression rule, maintenance requirements for the Doctorate Extension Scheme and evidence of overseas qualifications, UK qualifications used as evidence, and a series of minor and technical adjustments.

Under the Tier 4 (General) route, courses must, except in the case of a presessionalcourse, lead to an approved qualification. The definition of an approved qualification, as set out in the Immigration Rules, is being amended to include aviation licences, ratings and certificates issued in accordance with EU legislation by the UK s Civil Aviation Authority.This change is being made to ensure that UK flight schools holding a Tier 4 licence can sponsor international students and deliver courses to them through the Tier 4 system.

關於sabbatical officer和Doctorate Extention Scheme的變動

The academic progression rule is being amended to reflect the policy intention that applicants applying in these circumstances should all be exempt from demonstrating academic progression.

想要在博士生工簽期間（Doctorate Extension Scheme）擔任學生會休假幹事（Student Union Sabbatical Officer）的申請人，不再需要證明學術進步（academic progression）

Currently a Doctorate Extension Scheme (DES) applicant must show they have up to two months of maintenance funds available. An amendment is being made to simplify this maintenance requirement so thatthey will always need to demonstrate that they have two months of funds available to support themselves financially before their salaried full-time work commences

博士生工簽的申請人，將被要求證明自己的帶薪工作開始前，至少要有足夠生活二個月的經濟來源

英語語言要求

This affects those applying to extend their stay after 2.5 years in the UK on a 5-year route to settlement underAppendix FM (Family Member)of the Immigration Rules. The new requirement will apply to partners and parents whose current leave under the family Immigration Rules is due to expire on or after 1 May 2017.

簽證在2017年5月1日或之後過期的，英國永久居民或英國公民的伴侶和親人，若在英時間超過二年半，需要通過英語語言測試，並且達到A2級以上的水平。

豁免：若申請人在申請延簽的日期為65歲或以上，且身體殘疾以至於無法滿足此要求，可以得到豁免。
