Sales - Business Development & Administration

An exciting business development and administration vacancy within our sales department has just opened at Silver Fox. If the candidate fits into this role, there is the potential for progression into a sales position. You will be reporting into the senior sales manager.

The role

Provide a proactive approach with identifying prospective customers within defined market sectors.

Prepare project related information on potential new customers

Drive sales opportunities using an investigative method to improve/grow sales.

Promote company products and capabilities to customers.

Where appropriate manage sales desk enquiries.

Support sales administration functions as required and provide holiday cover

Skill sets

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills.

Team player with good interpersonal and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively supporting the sales team

Multi-tasking ability is a must.

Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor.

Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking and crisis management.

Excellent attention to detail.

Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Full driving licence would be advantageous but not essential.

The Person

Apart from IT skills, this person must have the ability to listen and learn, be able to think quickly on their feet and show resilience and tenacity. We are seeking someone who has a 『can do』 attitude and who is able to work within a productive fast paced working environment.
