The company is currently undergoing aggressive growth and expansion and is looking to expand its Compliance operation via the recruitment of a Compliance Analyst.

Duties and Essential Skills

The position of Compliance Analyst would involve the following duties:

Documentation of internal controls, policies and procedures;

Conducting AML/KYC/Sanctions checks;

Review and sign off of financial promotions;

Maintaining and executing the internal compliance monitoring program;

Investigating suspicious activity/transactions alerts;

EMIR/MiFID reporting; and

Responding to complaints

The preferred candidate will have worked within a regulatory environment with a good understanding of anti-money laundering, client on-boarding, market abuse, fraud and the rules and regulations of the FCA.

The preferred candidate is ambitious and looking for an opportunity to excel. Reporting to the Compliance Officer/MLRO, he/she will work proactively to improve company internal controls, policies and procedures.

The preferred candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and will ideally be multilingual (preferably German/Spanish/Dutch/Chinese) speaking. He/she will also be a self-starter and will possess a natural ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will receive hands-on training in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a view to long-term growth within the company structure.

A good remuneration package is available for the right candidate and this position offers the right person the opportunity to be involved in a dynamic/high growth company from an early stage.

As a Mandarin speaking treasury assistant, your main responsibilities will be to prepare cash reports, general ledger, process banking transactions, prepare financial reports and deal with any banking , accounts and merchant queries. You will be using your accounting skills whilst liaising with Chinese speaking clients.
