Win 10 edge這樣開Lantern設置頁

Win 10經過幾次升級後，如今在Edge瀏覽器內已經無法打開127.0.0.1:16823這個Lantern的默認設置頁面（如上圖），這是因為Win 10現在默認不允許 loopback connection（本地環回介面地址），而作為Win 10自帶的瀏覽器 Edge自然會默認不支持打開127.0.0.1本地地址。

解決這個問題，你可以修改Win 10允許指定軟體連接本地地址，方法可見微軟官方題為How to enable loopback and troubleshoot network isolation (Windows Runtime apps)的文章；或者直接使用Windows Loopback Exemption Manager 這樣的軟體來圖形化添加 Edge允許連接本地地址。
