Drinking Lots Of Milk Helps Your Bones

Sweden』s Uppsala University recently released the results of a huge study following 61,400 women and 45,300 men. The results revealed that drinking milk was associated with higher mortality rates for both sexes and higher chances of bone fractures for women.
瑞典烏普薩拉大學日前公布了一項追蹤了61,400名女性和45,300名男性的大型研究的結果。結果表明,對兩種性別來說,喝牛奶都與更高的死亡率有關,還有更高的幾率會導致女性骨折。
Researcher suggested that the results could be explained by milk』s sugars, lactose and galactose, which have been shown to accelerate aging processes.

Meanwhile, there is no significant evidence to suggest that drinking milk helps keep people safe from osteoporosis. According to Harvard, a glass of milk every day or so is indeed a good source of calcium, but anything more than that is probably just overkill.

不過,這項研究主要和地中海美食(Mediterranean diet)相關,所以研究人員說他們雖然證明了心臟病與葵花籽油(sunflower oil)以及橄欖油(olive oil)無關,至於其他油,他們就不知道了。
