每個人都可以掌握圖像記憶技術

第一步:稍微了解一下圖像記憶的方法和原理。

否則,沒有圖像的話,圖像記憶力就運用不出來。

我們的記憶材料可以分為具體和抽象兩種,像「石榴」、「飛機」等具體的詞語,只要直接想像就能把圖像想像出來。

但碰到諸如「自由」、「快樂」、「祖國」等抽象的詞語,或者數字、英文字母等的時候,就無法直接想像出圖像了。

這個時候就需要運用一些方法或技巧把這些抽象的材料轉化為具體的圖像。

把抽象資料轉化為圖像的常見方法主要有兩種:諧音法、代替法。

例如數字21,我們可以通過諧音轉化為「鱷魚」的圖像,例如「快樂」,我們可以用一個小孩的笑臉這個生動的圖像來代替。

記憶法第二步:圖像聯結。

圖像聯結的意思就是把原本相互獨立的各個圖像,運用想像讓它們互動、聯結在一起。

例如:「鑰匙」、「鸚鵡」這兩個詞語,這裡我們看到的是兩組文字,我們通過第一步圖像轉化把它們轉化成生動的圖像之後,我們的腦海中就有了兩個生動的圖像。

但光是有圖像而沒有圖像聯結,對圖像記憶來說是遠遠不夠的,所以我們還應該通過想像把這兩個圖像聯結在一起。

例如我們可以在腦海中這樣想像:一把巨大的彩色鑰匙插入到鸚鵡的屁股之中,鸚鵡立即跳了起來。

這樣一聯想,兩個圖像就產生了互動,就聯結成了一個整體,這樣記憶就很深刻了。

前面第一步圖像轉化是運用圖像記憶法的前提,而第二步圖像聯結則是運用圖像記憶的基本方法,就是運用聯想法把一個個或一組組圖像聯結起來,就像一條鐵鏈中的各個環,環環相扣。

記憶法第三步:圖像定樁。

圖像定樁的意思就是通過定樁法來記憶比較負責的材料。

這就需要在我們的記憶對象之外,再引入一些記憶工具來幫助記憶,這些記憶工具就叫做樁子。

常用的樁子類型包括:數字樁、地點樁、身體樁、人物樁、字母樁、語句樁等等。

記憶法第四步:圖像整理。

圖像整理就是把原本雜亂無章的圖像按照一定的順序或一定的邏輯整理成為一連串比較好記憶的畫面。

圖像整理的目的就是要把轉化出來的圖像用更好的順序或邏輯來記住它們。

例如要記憶這樣幾個詞語:西瓜、熊貓、大門、鯊魚、菜刀。

這樣想是能夠把這五個圖像聯結起來,也能把它們記住,但總感覺想像起來比較困難,記憶也不是很深刻。

但如果這五個詞語並不要求我們按這個順序來記憶,只需要把五個詞語都記住就可以了。

這個時候,我們不妨把五個詞語的順序重新整理一下,變成比較好記憶的一組畫面,這個時候就可以這樣來想像:大熊貓拿著菜刀把一個大西瓜砍成兩邊,結果從大西瓜里竄出了一條鯊魚,只見這條鯊魚一下就衝出了大門外。

通過這樣一整理,這組圖像就好記多了,記憶更流暢更深刻。

這就是圖像整理。

通常我們在進行記憶的時候,會遇到許多複雜的情況,用前面三個步驟都比較難應付,這個時候就需要把這些複雜的圖像重新進行整理,把它們變成為比較好記憶的圖像,然後再來記憶,就會比較容易。
