The main purpose of the drawing can be briefly analyzed in the following two aspects. In the first place, the sense of frugality needs to be cultivated on campus. In short, the honor of frugality and simple life must be enhanced.

In my view, some necessary measures must be taken so as to reverse the severe campus wasting situation. On the one hand, a wide spread education campain should be launched to popularize the virtue of frugality. On the other hand, laws and regulations should be enacted to punish those who waste too much. Only by these measures, the sustainable development will not end up a slogan on paper without actions.
