He defends okay. He doesn"t turn the ball over. And he"s hit some buzzer beaters too.

But he can"t shoot or run an offense. He never gets to the foul line. While he doesn"t turn the ball over he also isn"t making any risky passes . He has zero flash.

Honestly if he fixed his jumpshot and developed confidence in it he"d probably develop into an okay NBA player.

He doesn"t make a lot of mistakes, he just doesn"t do anything of value. Can"t score or make plays for others.

Exactly this. He dribbles up, passes to someone (Kanter usually) and gets out of the way. Plays a little defense. Goes back to the bench. He"s not like actively hurting the team, but he"s not doing much to contribute positively either. Not ideal for a point guard.
