Maxwell Omni (Morgan Freeman) opens an old storybook and begins the story of two magical kids on a magical journey... Amber and Fredrick are polar opposite teenagers, but when the school play contest is announced, their common dreams become clear: they both want to be in the school play. After disappointment strikes when their parents don t allow it, they find themselves thwarted into a magical world where they are led to the Wish Wizard who enchants them to approach their parents anew.
