說起天津，

相信很多人的第一印象就是

這裡還曾經是幾國的租界地帶，

是西洋文化和中國傳統及地域文化承載體，

曾作為中國近代史上最為繁華的「徽輔首邑」，

見證了近代的繁榮和輝煌。

天 津

天津市簡稱津，它地處華北平原東北部，渤海之濱，素有渤海明珠之稱。為中央直轄市和十四個沿海開放城市之一，天津的形成始於隋朝大運河的開通。天津港是我國北方第一大港，也是我國沿海港口碼頭功能最齊全的港口之一，目前天津已基本形成以港口為中心的海陸空相結合立體交通網路。鐵路和公路輻射華北、西北、東北廣大地區。

Tianjin, Jin for short, is located at the Northeast part of Northeast China Plain beside the Bohai sea, and is known as the Bohai Pearl. It is one of the four municipalities and the fourteen coastal open cities. The appearance of Tianjin is based on the construction of the Grand Canal in Sui Dynasty. The port of Tianjin is the biggest port in the Northern China, which is functional and international. So far, Tianjin has basically formed a traffic network based on a combination of ground, sea and air. Its railways and highways spread among the vast areas of the north, northwest, and northeast parts of China.

天津是歷史文化名城，天后宮、文廟、清真大寺、大悲院、大沽口炮台、望海樓教堂、廣東會館等，近年來又新建了周恩來鄧穎超紀念館、平津戰役紀念館、天津科技館等。天津傳統的風味食品多種多樣，操作技藝精湛，風味香醇，營養豐富。天津作為歷史文化名城之一，在市區十大景觀的基礎上不斷開闢其旅遊新資源，現在天津正以嶄新的姿態屹立於渤海之灣。
