現招聘職位如下:行政助理1名 (實習)4-6month
職位描述:
1.公司行政事務工作及部門內部日常事務工作;
2.負責辦公室日常辦公制度維護、管理;
3.負責辦公室採購及辦公室物流管理;
4.公司車輛、市場物料、測試樣機管理;
5.協助人事主管做好公司各部門之間的協調工作;
6.負責組織、安排公司召開的各種大型會議及大型活動
7.完成領導交辦其它的工作內容。
職位要求:
1. 中英文讀寫流利,會一定荷蘭語基礎優先;
2. 熟練使用office,精通Excel進行數據處理;
3. 工作富有責任心,適合團隊合作精神;
4. 做事仔細,有條理。
5. 為人穩重,善於溝通。

Job Duties:
1. Manage office suppliers and offce purchase
2. Book travel arrangements
3. Assit in fleet management
4. RMA flow management
5. Manage marketing materials, office parcels and sample products
6. Assist in company event holding
7. Maintain and advise office procedure and policies to HR manager
8. Assist the HR manager in other work aspects and inquiries
Requirements:
1. HBO/WO studenteligibleto work as an intern
2. Good written and verbal communication skillsinChinese andEnglish, Dutch is a plus
3. Familiar with office software, Excel is a must.
4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
5. Attention to detail and accuracy
6. Structured and well organised
What we Offer:
Internship subsidy: 600 euro/month based on 40 hoursperweek plus travel reimbursement
