冠軍教頭什麼水平？美國球迷熱議泰倫盧執教能力

He is a Champion, and he was praised a lot last year, but is Ty Lue a good coach? (self.nba)

作為一個冠軍，他去年受到了各種讚揚，但是.....泰倫盧是個好教練么？

I rarely see NBA games because I live in Spain. I wonder if he actually has good game plans, draws good plays and so. It"s usually said that he out-coached Kerr in the finals, but with the team they have I feel like they should be performing better in the regular season. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Actually he was fired before LeBron made The Decision. Then the Cavs hired him back and fired him again later.

This would embarrass me if we weren"t the champs right now.

Firing him was an attempt yes. They tried to get Tom Izzo. Nobody wanted to sign on when LeBron hadn"t committed and then he was gone so they got Tank Commander Scott.

Its the middle of the season for a Lebron team. People overreact every year. I would say until Lebron looks human in the finals, its tough to tell whether he is a good coach or just an OK one, but the team sure seems to like him better and thats hugely important

Kinda weird that the cavs seem to have bad streaks every year in the regular season, it"s like they find themselves at the end of the season.

they are a top heavy team with their star having an absurd amount of minutes on his body. Plus there is no way they are getting the #1 overall seed or slipping out of the #1 spot in the east, so there isn"t a ton to play for

And believe me when I say Isiah Thomas does not scare them. Not disrespect to IT but I sincerely doubt his heroics will carry over into a series against Cleveland.

He"s doing just fine. The players like him well enough and that"s the most important thing. Regarding game plans and drawing plays, I doubt Lue really is the most innovative coach out there, but when you have a player like LeBron on the floor it makes them look more well coached then they maybe are. Did you see the video posted recently of him mic"d up? He"s the most vocal and knowledgeable guy on the court by far.

泰倫盧做的只是還可以罷了，球員們喜歡他這就足夠了。就事論事來說，我不覺得泰倫盧是最具創造力的教練，但是當你擁有詹姆斯在場上，其他的球員都會比他們本身的能力發揮的更好。你有沒有聽最近上傳的一段他們在場上交流的視頻，勒布朗絕對是到現在為止場上最有話語權也最知識淵博的人了。

I think Lebron makes him look much more competent though, the Cavs still look lost when Lebron is off the court. They have the players but they still struggle.

He has a lot to learn, but his man management skills and ability to relate to players was key last year once Blatt got fired.

If we wanna talk X"s and O"s, his rotation/adjustments, then no he is not a good NBA coach IMO, but he hasn"t been doing it for long so it"s to be expected.

Right now he wouldn"t be a top 10 coach for me, but he"s still young.

He"s an average coach. NBA coaches get overestimated so much, as long as you have the talent and aren"t totally inept, you"re fine. His players seem to like him and he hasn"t ruined a good thing.

Like he is a good managing coach, but nothing special in X"s and O"s.

I actually feel the exact opposite, as in he"s a horrible managing coach but a very good X"s and O"s one.

He is completely incompetent when it comes to managing players minutes, especially Lebron. So many times he"s played him for the entire 4th quarter when we"re down, which is always a death sentence for the team, as by the time you get to the last 4 minutes he completely runs out of gas. Some of his lineups this year have been really suspect, especially with regards to Korver and Frye.

However, I do feel that he"s gotten them to run much better plays and sets than Blatt ever did, not that it really says much, but I"m often quite impresses with some of the play designs that Lue comes up with, especially coming out of timeouts.

I just feel he"s still an Assistant coach in the HC role, he does all the little thing well, but struggles when it comes to managing minutes, and the players in general. He generally struggles to be assertive at times with regards to waking the players up when they seem dis-interested, or calling TOs when the team is completely dysfunctional.

我的觀點剛好相反，我覺得他在管理上糟透瞭然而在戰術上是個人才。

他根本不知道怎麼合理安排球員的上場時間，尤其是詹姆斯，他太多次在我們落後的時候打滿整個第四節，這對球隊來說簡直是判死刑，尤其是詹姆斯在最後四分鐘有時候徹底沒勁了。他的首發安排有時候也很值得商榷，尤其是在對科沃爾和弗萊的安排上。

但我還是覺得他讓球隊在戰術執行上好很多尤其對比布拉特，而且我對他戰術的設定尤其是暫停後的戰術安排印象深刻。

我只是覺得他只是行使主教練權利的助理教練，小事情上處理的很好，但在安排球員時間上各種糾結。更簡單來說，他並不能讓一群無精打採的球員打起精神，也不懂在球隊完全失控的時候叫暫停。

OK, here"s the thing. Im not so sure he is a good coach when it comes to X"s and O"s, but I also think that that becomes less necessary when you have a floor general directing the defense and offense for the team like Lebron.

It reminds me of doc rivers. In Boston, Garnett, and later rondo to some extent, took that role, having high bbiqs and leading the team in that way. Doc has something similar in la with Chris Paul.

In that sort of situation, the coach has more of a role managing personalities and getting what he can out of the bench. the main issue with doc on the clippers is that on the Celtics, KG, Rondo, etc were the types to have to be held back a little, whereas on the clippers doc would need to push them away from the whining they tend to do sometimes.

In this regard, yeah, I think Ty lue is a good coach. Not in the way Kerr or pop is, but he has a solid grip on the locker room and n everyone on the team

就事論事，我不覺得在戰術上他是個好教練，但我覺得這不重要尤其是當你有勒布朗-詹姆斯這樣的球員掌控全局，指揮進攻和防守的時候。

這讓我想起里弗斯，在波士頓的時候加內特和之後的隆多有著同樣的角色，有很高的球商來帶領球隊。現在在快船，保羅也是同樣的角色。

就這種情況來說，教練更多的是管理不同個性的球員然後盡最大可能發揮板凳席的能力。里弗斯來說在波士頓時他需要稍微讓比如加內特和隆多這中球員收斂一點，但是在快船他卻需要讓他們停止抱怨去努力贏球。

講道理來說，我覺得泰倫盧做得不錯，當然不能波波和科爾比，但是在管理更衣室中和球隊的每個人上面他做的很好了。

When you have Lebron, I think its difficult to really tell. For Cleveland it has to be someone who is comfortable playing 2nd fiddle. Lebron is basically the on floor coach. I dont think you necessarily need a HOF coach with prime-ish Lebron playing. You just need to be able to get along with todays NBA stars.

當你有詹姆斯你就不知道到底怎麼樣。單就你騎來說，應該是一個適合在二線工作的教練，勒布朗才是真正的教練，所以當你有巔峰勒布朗時，你不需要一個名人堂級別的教練，你只需要一個和明星可以共處的人。

Lue is not top 5 or anything but he does his job, the most important thing for a team like this is to make sure everybody is happy and Ty Lue fills that role great.

泰倫盧不是前五的教練，但他做好了自己的本職工作那就是讓球隊里每個人都開開心心的，盧在這件事情上乾的不錯。
