Joy in living comes from having fine emotions, trusting them，giving them the freedom of a bird in the open.

生活的快樂來源於良好的情緒，信賴這些情緒，並任由它們如同鳥兒高翔天空般自由自在。

Joy in living can never be assumed as a pose, or put on from the outside as a mask.

生活的快樂是無法擺出來的，也無法戴上一張面具來偽裝。

People who have this joy do not need to talk about it; they radiate it.

擁有生活快樂的人無須把生活快樂掛在嘴邊，因為這些人全身都會散發出這種氣息。

They just live out their joy and let it splash its sunlight and glow into other lives as naturally as a bird sings.

猶如鳥兒將必然歌唱，他們只需感受自己的快樂，並自然而然地感染別人，使他們感受到快樂的陽光和熱力。

And those who have and exhibit the joy of living are never those who have been without care, sorrow, failure, disappointment，and discouragement.

而那些擁有並展現出生活快樂的人，絕不是那此沒有忙慮、痛苦、失敗、失望與沮喪的人。

They are rather those who have suffered and conquered, and who are willing to bear their share of the vicissitudes of life uncomplainingly.

相反地，他們是那些曾吃過苦頭也成功過的一群人，無怨無悔地承擔人生的大起大落。

The joy of living never comes to the frivolous，the superficial, the selfish.

做事輕率、膚淺而又自私的人從不會有生活的快樂。

We can never get it by working for it directly.

直接追求生活的快樂只會使快樂遠離我們。

It comes, like happiness, to those who are aiming at something higher.

快樂與幸福一樣青睞胸有大志的人們。

It is a by一product of great, simple living.

生活過得高雅、簡單便會產生快樂。

The joy of living comes from what we put into living，not from what we seek to get from it.

生活的快樂來自我們對生活所的投入，而非所求。
