This program will be conducted in English.

An inclusive workplace is a work environment that values individual and group differences within its workforce. What does inclusive mean in a business context and what does it take to create an inclusive work environment?

In honor of LGBT Pride Month, the Beijing American Center has invited a panel of representatives from leading companies and organizations such as Microsoft and AmCham China to discuss organizational and individual strategies for workplace inclusion. Join us and you will have the opportunity to learn from other organizations as they share their experiences and best practices for engaging LGBT employees and leveraging their talent.

This program is not suitable for children under 6.

You must bring a valid photo ID in order to get into our Center. No large bags will be allowed into the Beijing American Center (BAC) for this event.
