李知恩髮型形象設計沙龍已陸續獲頒多項國際室內建築設計大獎，目前已經公開發布的獎項有義大利A』 Design Award/ Gold、美國 IDA Awards/ Bronze。

Lee Ji Eun hair styling salon has been awarded a number of international interior architectural design awards, has been publicly announced awards have Italy A"Design Award / Gold, the United States IDA Awards / Bronze.

項目坐落在中國天津市的沿街底商，是一個雙樓層的空間，每個樓層平均高度4.8米。南、北兩側都有大面積開窗，窗外都有植栽景觀，正面朝北。一樓面積53平米，形狀狹長，二樓面積104平米，較大。

The project is located in the street of Tianjin, China, a two-floor space with an average height of 4.8 meters per floor. There are large open Windows on both sides of the south and north. The first floor area is 53 square meters, the shape is long and narrow, the second floor area is 104 square meters, larger.

品牌理念傳達

Brand concept expression

李知恩髮型沙龍多年以來設計過各種髮型，已經在無形中參與到每個客戶不同的生命階段當中。髮型的不同變化實際上提供了一種記錄人們生活的方式，每當人們看見自己在老相片裡的髮型，許多過去的時光片段就會被喚醒。

Lee Ji Eun image design consulting company has designed a variety of hairstyles for many years, has been virtually involved in each customer"s different stages of life. The change of hairstyles actually provides a way to record people"s lives, and whenever people see their hair in old photographs, many of the past moments will be awakened.

賴建安和設計團隊營造出一個懷舊的空間氛圍，使用有著時間痕迹的材料來引導消費者產生情感上的認同，同時傳達業主致力於長期服務客戶的經營理念。

Jien-An Lai and the design team build a nostalgic space atmosphere, and use materials with traces of the time to guide consumers to produce emotional identity, at the same time convey the client long-term service concept to consumers.

對髮型的修剪行為，也轉化為對於量塊切割、掏空的方法，應用在往後空間成型的過程里。

The pruning behavior of the hair is also transformed into a method of cutting and empting, which is applied in the process of space forming.

消費體驗優化

Consumer experience optimization

將消費者會長時間停留的區域，定義為主服務區，被配置在南北兩側採光與景色好的區位以緩解久坐的疲憊感。

The main service area is where the customer will stay for a long time and is thus arranged on both sides of the north and south for natural lighting and sceneries to ease the fatigue of sitting.

不同服務步驟之間的員工交替和操作的便利性決定了服務質量，因此將實質的美髮服務全部設置在面積較大的二樓。

The convenience of the staff alternation between different service steps and the ease of operations determines the service quality, so the real hair services are all set in the larger area of the second floor.

而在相對面積較小的一樓設置接待區，因為不再有繁忙的美髮操作，而得到一個舒適的空間尺度，除了必要的櫃檯與咖啡吧台之外，只有一張等待區用的大木桌，在木桌上方設置了一群鋼管燈，用刻意排列的形態來模擬修剪後的秩序感。這群燈除了作為照明與營造空間張力之外，更是一個向店門外傳達品牌形象的巨型道具。

And in the relatively small area on the first floor to set the reception area, because there is no longer a busy hairdressing operation, and get a comfortable space scale, in addition to the necessary counter and coffee bar, only have a waiting area with a large wooden desk, set up a group of steel tube lamps above it, with deliberate arrangement form to simulate sense of order after pruning. Besides lighting and creating space tension, this group of lights is a huge prop to convey the brand image to the outside of the store.

整體空間被樓板與承重結構牆分割為許多小空間，為了提高空間使用效率，必須整合這些零散空間。

The whole space is divided into many small spaces by the floor and load-bearing walls. In order to improve the efficiency of space use, these scattered spaces must be integrated.

大寬設計（Exakuan）團隊與賴建安從髮型更新的行為得到啟發，提出設計概念「生長，掏空」。配合平面的布局設計，將承重結構牆與設備、儲物櫃結合，生長成許多功能塊體，瓦解那些牆體原本的隔斷功能。接著將這些塊體掏出不同形態的操作空間，來滿足各種更細分的服務目的。

The Exakuan space design team and Jien-An Lai is inspired by the behavior of hairstyles updated, presenting the design concept "Emptied after Growth". With the layout design of the plane, the bearing structure walls are combined with the equipments and storage cabinets, and they grow into many functional blocks, disintegrating the original partition function of those walls. And then these blocks were emptied of different forms of operation space, to meet a variety of more detailed service purposes.

關於賴建安

About Jien-An Lai

致力于思考並重新詮釋空間的使用價值與目的，從而打破空間既有格局，致使設計的成形。

The cofounder of Exakuan Space Design Co.,Ltd., dedicated to thinking about the use of space and reinterpreting spatial values, thus breaking the existing spatial pattern, leads to the formation of design.

大寬（天津）設計成立於2008年，設計過各種類型的項目，從商業到住宅的室內外空間，堅持深度執行概念與施工圖設計，2016年團隊開始落實在地化設計到建造的全過程實踐。

Exakuan Space Design Co.,Ltd. was founded in Tianjin, China in 2008, designed with different types of projects, from commercial to residential indoor and outdoor space, adhere to the depth of execution of concept and construction drawing design, in 2016 the team began to carry out the practice in the whole process from design to build.

作品獲義大利 A』設計大獎（A』Design Awards）/金獎、美國國際設計大獎（IDA Awards）/銅獎以及榮譽獎。

The works won the Italian A』Design Awards/ Gold, the American IDA Awards/ Bronze and Honorable mention.
