賽程設置

Schedule

1.大賽啟動：2017年6月

1. Start: June 2017.

2.第一階段：作品徵集（即日起至7月31日），參賽者通過在線報名、發電子郵件等方式報名並提交作品圖片。參賽者將報名表和參賽圖紙或作品圖片發送至以下郵箱：SilkRoadWomenInnovativeDesign@hotmail.com（A3尺寸，300解析度，JPEG格式，大小不超過10M）。

2. Stage I: collect works (from today to July 31). Applicants apply online or send an e-mail for application, and submit pictures of their works. And they should send their application form and drawings/ pictures of their works to the e-mail address below:SilkRoadWomenInnovativeDesign@hotmail.com(paper: A3; image resolution: 300; format: JPEG; size: less than 10M).

3. 第二階段：網路投票初審。8月1日至10日，在大賽網站開展參賽作品網路投票。

3. Stage II: first review of online voting. Online voting on the competition website from August 1 to 10.

4. 第三階段：作品郵寄。8月10日至30日，初審通過的作品需將作品實物郵寄至大賽組委會，以參加專家最終評審。

4. Stage III: submission of works by mail. From August 10 to 30, the works passing the first review should be mailed to the Organizing Committee for final review by experts.

5. 第四階段：專家最終評審。9月1日至5日，專家組對寄送來的實物作品進行最終評審。

5. Stage IV: final review by experts. From September 1 to 5, the experts group carries out the final review on the works sent.

6.第五階段：歐亞經濟論壇-絲綢之路國際創新設計周舉辦頒獎典禮（9月21日），公布評選結果。邀請獲獎嘉賓和組織出席。

6. Stage V: hold the award ceremony and announce the selection result on the Euro-Asia Economic Forum & Silk Road International Innovation Design Week(September 21). Invite the award winners to attend.

參賽設計內容

Design contents

第一類：工業產品類：家居用品、辦公用品、娛樂休閑、3D列印等。

Category I: industrial products：Household articles, office supplies, recreation & entertainment, 3D printing, etc.

第二類：綠色生活類：綠色環藝、綠色發展項目設計或方案等。

Category II: green living：Design or scheme for green environmental art and green development projects.

第三類：文化創意類：工藝品（民間工藝製品、工藝美術品）、服裝服飾、珠寶首飾、地方特色旅遊紀念品或包裝設計等。

Category III: cultural creativity：Crafts (folk handicrafts and art products), costume, jewelries, tourist souvenirs or packaging design.

參賽作品的評選

Selection of entries

本次大賽由主辦、承辦單位邀請有關領導和專家組成評審委員會。評委會對參賽作品進行分類評分，評審活動分為初審和終審兩個階段，分別評出入圍作品和獲獎作品。

The Review Committee for the competition is composed of relevant leaders and experts invited by the sponsors and organizers. It gives scores to the entries at two stages of the first review and final review, and selects the finalists and award winners.

評審標準

Standard of review

1.創新性：設計理念獨特新穎，創新點突出。

1. Innovation: unique and novel design ideas, innovation highlights.

2.美觀性：色彩搭配合理，形態體現科技與藝術的結合，鼓勵依託絲路傳統文化和技藝豐富創意和設計內涵，創造具有中國特色的創新產品。

2.Beauty: reasonable color matching, form indicating the combination of technology and art, creativity and design innovation relying on Silk Road traditional culture and rich skills, and innovative products with Chinese characteristics.

3.環保性：符合可持續發展要求，在設計、製造、流通、使用、回收全過程注重節能、環保、低碳的理念。

3.Environmental protection: meeting the requirement of sustainable development and attaching importance to the ideas of energy conservation, environmental protection and low carbon in the whole process of design, manufacturing, circulation, usage and recycling.

4.工藝性：工藝精良，品質可靠，材料合理。

4.Technology: sophisticated technologies, reliable quality and reasonable materials.

5.經濟性：具備生產可行性和效益市場化的基礎。

5.Economical performance: with production feasibility and marketability.

獎項設置

About the awards

1. 工業產品類、綠色生活類、文化創意類三類共設一等獎（10000元）3名、二等獎（3000元）6名、三等獎（2000元）9名、優秀獎（500元）30名。

1. Three First Prizes（10000RMB each）, six Second Prizes（3000RMB each）,nine Third Prizes（2000RMB each）and 30 Excellent Prizes（500RMB each）for 3 categories of industrial products, green living and cultural creativity.

2. 創新團隊獎（5名）

決賽獲獎者可受邀參加在比利時舉辦的世界綠色設計論壇

The final winners will be invited to attend the World Green Design Forum held in Belgium.

參賽對象

Contestants

境內外中、高等院校、設計公司、科研機構、科技企業、女性創新設計個人及團隊（企業及團隊組成須有60%以上為女性；或設計者、領導者為女性），年齡不限。

Secondary schools, institutions of higher learning, design companies, scientific research institutions, technology enterprises, female innovation designers and female innovation design teams (For enterprises and teams, more than 60% of the participants must be females; or designers and leaders are females) at home and abroad, irrespective of their age.

以日常生活用品為主要設計方向。包括女性、兒童、老年人、家庭用品等。

Oriented to daily necessaries, including products for females, children and the aged, as well as household articles.

Competition requirements

1. 本次大賽為公益活動，不收取任何費用。

1. No fees will be charged for this competition as a public benefit activity.

2. 提交作品的團體或個人不得剽竊、抄襲他人作品，如發生知識產權或版權等法律糾紛，由參賽者承擔後果，大賽組委會將取消其參賽資格。

2. The teams or individuals submitting works should not plagiarize or copy others』 works. In case of legal disputes on intellectual property or copyright, participants should take the consequences by themselves and they will be disqualified by the Organizing Committee.

3. 作品版權歸作者本人所有。主辦方對所有參賽作品享有展覽權、出版權、印刷權、宣傳權、推廣權。

3. The copyright of works is reserved by the designer. The sponsors enjoy the rights to display, publish, print, publicize and popularize all entries.

4. 所有參賽作品將不予退還，參賽者自留底稿。

4. All entries will not be returned, so the participants should keep the manuscripts.

5. 獲獎作品須提供源文件。

5. Original document should be provided for award-winning works.

6. 其他未盡事宜由組委會解釋說明。

6. Other unaccomplished matters will be explained by the Organizing Committee.
