DESIGN CONCEPT

武漢越秀財富中心為華中地區位居第三的高樓，總高330米，地處武漢漢口核心地段，內環線西頂點，承武廣，臨漢江，居百年大道一中山大道之源。項目位於22樓的辦公示範間，為營造一個既開放又相對獨立的辦公空間，設計以黑、白、灰為主色調，空間以圓弧玻璃劃分。

As the third tall buildings of central China, the total height of Wuhan YueXiuwealth center is 330 meters, locates in the core area of Wuhan Hankou road. Inthe west vertices of inner ring road, the project is in the north of Wuhan and Guangdong, close to the Hanjiang River, and in the source of Zhongshan Avenue with one hundred years history. The project is located in the office demonstration room on the 22nd floor. To create an open and relatively independent office space, the design tonal is mainly black, white and gray, andthe space is divided with arc glass.

接待大堂背景牆使用了魚肚白石，通過簡單的折面處理，突顯石材的天然紋理以外亦更顯立體感。天花沿用了圓弧線條，形狀與相鄰的會議室形成對稱關係，使空間更為流暢連貫。進入辦公區，地面採用灰色漸變的六邊形圖案地毯，配以原木色辦公傢具，增添了幾分活力，令人更有歸屬感。辦公區右側為茶水間，僅以啞金色圓管疏密有致地作為阻隔，兩者既互通卻不相互干擾。

The background wall of reception lobby uses the calacatte gold stone, through the simple foldingsurface treatment, to highlights the natural texture of the stone, mean while also has been more stereoscopic. The ceiling uses arc line, its shape has formeda symmetrical relation with meeting room, to make the space more fluent and coherent.

After entering the office area, we can find hexagon pattern carpet with the greygradient on the ground, matches with the original wood color of office furniture. It seems more vigorous, and makes a sense of belonging. On the right side of the office area is the tea room, isolated only by the dumb and golden round pipe, each other are inter communicating but not interference.

在偌大的辦公區內，有一半牆面為落地窗，近見輕軌一號線蜿蜒向北，遠眺龜山電視塔、長江大橋、黃鶴樓等，漢江十景，盡收眼底。故除布置了辦公傢具外，同時靠窗位也放置了形態各異的休閑椅，讓上班族在工作之餘可一覽旖旎江景，放鬆身心。

Inthe vast office area, half of the walls are installed with floor-to-ceiling windows.For close shot, we can see the light rail line 1 winds northward, for far shot,we can view the Guishan TV tower, the Yangtze River Bridge and the yellow cranetower, etc., We can have a panoramic view of the top 10 views arounds Hanjiang river.Sobesides decorating the office furniture, we also placed the recreational chairwith different styles rely on the window at the same time , letting the officeworkers enjoy the view of the beautiful river, relaxed in body and mind.

關於陳子俊

陳子俊 Joe Chan,現任尚策設計顧問公司創辦人及設計總監，亦是香港室內設計協會專業會員(HKIDA)、國際設計師聯盟會員（IAD）、深圳室內建築設計行業協會會員(SIID)、中華設計委導師、深圳市室內裝飾行業協會常務理事(SAID)。Joe 從事室內設計工作超過20年。2006年至2009年任職於梁志天設計有限公司，並於2010年創立尚策設計顧問公司。多年來帶領尚策設計團隊完成香港和國內多個優秀項目，備受好評。從業以來Joe屢獲殊榮，包括德國GermanDesign Award,德國iF Design Awards,德國Iconic Awards, 義大利 A』 Design Award &Competition,英國SBID International Design Awards,日本 JCD International Design Award,新加坡Singapore Interior Design Award,台灣 CID當代國際設計大賽、香港A&B Trophy Awards 透視設計大獎、香港APIDA亞太區室內設計大獎、環球設計大獎、APDC亞太室內設計精英邀請賽、成功設計大賽、金外灘以及加拿大Grands Prix DuDesign設計大賽等幾十個國際設計獎項。
