Apparently the bonuses didn"t have to be matched. I guess I understand where he"s coming from. If you agreed to a salary with with incentives involved, kinda sucks you just get those taken away and are now locked in to 4 seasons earning less money that you could"ve. What BJ failed to do was make his client fully understand the situation. I would think a good agent would have taken into account of DMo"s injury history and could forecast league demand for his player type.

Obviously, now it seems it was a stupid decision on his part regardless.

籃網開出的合同中有激勵條款，而這些條款是不需要匹配的。我大概理解莫泰為什麼會那麼說。如果你本同意接受帶有激勵條款的薪水，但激勵部分的薪水卻被去掉了，這就有點坑了。實際上他4個賽季很可能拿到相對更少的薪水，掙不到他本應該拿到的錢。莫泰的經紀人沒有讓莫泰完全明白情況到底是怎麼樣的。一個好的經紀人本應該考慮到莫泰的傷病史，預測到市場上對他這種球員的需求。

不過很顯然，莫泰自己也是做了個愚蠢的決定。
