Derrick Rose made the eastern Conference finals one time in 2011 (lost 4-1 to Miami Heat)

Steve Nash made the Western Conference Finals Four times, One as a Dallas Maverick in 2003 (lost to spurs 4-2), and three times as a Phoenix sun (lost in 2005 to spurs 4-1), (lost in 2006 to Mavericks 4-2), and (Lost in 2010 to Lakers 4-2)
