Walton"s crazy underrated. Led the Blazers to their to-date only ring, sweeping Prime Kareem in the WCF. Then won MVP and led his team to a 50-8 start the next season. They finished on an 8-16 skid with him injured. That"s almost a 71 win pace with him, and a 27 win pace without him.

Basically, he won a ring in both his healthy playoff runs, and an MVP and 6MOTY in just 6 healthy regular seasons (50+ games). Only 2 or 3 healthy prime seasons, one healthy prime playoff run.

All-time sports fantasy. 80s NBA would"ve been undoubtedly the greatest golden age in sports history.

5 combined MVPs on the Sixers (Moses x3, Irving, Barkley), 4 on the Celtics (Bird x3, Walton), 10 on the Showtime Lakers (Kareem x6, Magic x3, McAdoo), and 6 on the Rockets (MJ x5, Hakeem x1).

And then the Bad Boys another 3 Finals dynasty team at the end of the decade.

Those Yuge Three Rockets wouldve still ripped off MJ and Hakeem"s 8 straight in the 90s. Might"ve broken Bill Russell"s record of 11 if they couldve taken rings off Bird, Magic, etc in the 80s.

People often disregard Oden as being good because he is associated with being a "bust".

Anybody who ever watched an Oden game knows, he was without a doubt the better choice than durant. He. FUCKING. Destroyed!! people on the boards, fuck me he got multiple 15 rebound games and he made it look easy, no joke, he was a monster and would have been a franchise player sooooo easily if he didn"t hurt himself so many times.
