工作中應如何對待上司？

問：如何對待上司？是經常拍上司馬屁，還是勇敢指出上司的錯誤缺點？又該用什麼方法指出上司的錯誤呢？

答：在與上司共事的過程中，你可以「拍馬屁」，也可以指出錯誤，但一定要把握適度。為了讓他(她)高興，為了增長他(她)的信心，可以多講些悅耳語，令他(她)有了好心情，更自信地帶領大家，為人類、為社會作出更大的貢獻。人都會犯一些錯誤，方便時也可以指出他(她)的錯誤，既可以提醒他(她)，也能讓他(她)改正錯誤，這樣就可以幫助他(她)很穩定地發展事業，直至圓滿。但在這些過程中都不能缺少智慧，更要把握適度，否則會適得其反，最終令大家都焦頭爛額。

總的來說，無論「拍馬屁」也好，指錯誤也罷，不能有私心雜念。若自私自利地去做任何事情，都不會有好的結果。
