工作中應如何對待上司?

問:如何對待上司?是經常拍上司馬屁,還是勇敢指出上司的錯誤缺點?又該用什麼方法指出上司的錯誤呢?

答:在與上司共事的過程中,你可以「拍馬屁」,也可以指出錯誤,但一定要把握適度。為了讓他(她)高興,為了增長他(她)的信心,可以多講些悅耳語,令他(她)有了好心情,更自信地帶領大家,為人類、為社會作出更大的貢獻。人都會犯一些錯誤,方便時也可以指出他(她)的錯誤,既可以提醒他(她),也能讓他(她)改正錯誤,這樣就可以幫助他(她)很穩定地發展事業,直至圓滿。但在這些過程中都不能缺少智慧,更要把握適度,否則會適得其反,最終令大家都焦頭爛額。

總的來說,無論「拍馬屁」也好,指錯誤也罷,不能有私心雜念。若自私自利地去做任何事情,都不會有好的結果。

Everybody will make mistakes. Pointing out his / her mistakes at proper time can not only remind him / her, but also help him / her correct the mistakes, which is beneficial for him / her to develop the career steadily to perfection. But wisdom is necessary in dealing with it and a proper extent is also important. Otherwise, it will turn out to be the opposite of your wish, making all deeply troubled.

On the whole, whether flattering others or pointing out their mistakes, you should be out of selfishness. With selfishness, one will not get a good result.
