啤酒工廠坐落於繁華市中心的創意園區內。在這個都市的放鬆地帶，

LAD

（里德）設計機構改造的德國精釀啤酒工廠正是契合人們當代的生活狀態。

Beer Factory is located in a creativity park in the prosperous downtown. In this relaxation area in the city, German Craft Beer Factory renovated by LAD Design Studio exactly corresponds to people』s current living status.

啤酒工廠的改造是對舊廠符號的另一種回憶與保護，新舊交融，發酵出一個充滿工業時代精神的閑愉區間。

The renovation of the beer factory is a kind of memory and protection of the old one. The new and the old being integrated, a leisure space full of the spirit of industrial age.

整個項目以啤酒體驗和啤酒釀造為主要功能，它包括釀造空間與體驗空間。

The overall project focuses on the functions of beer experience and beer brewing, including indoor brewing space and indoor & outdoor experience spaces.

空間充滿時間印記，材料緩慢變化，人們的身體也會在頻繁使用中留下痕迹，這似乎與發酵桶中的啤酒相映成趣。

Marks of time can be found everywhere in this leisure space. As materials change gradually, people will also leave traces on objects after frequent use, which forms a delightful contrast with beer in the fermenter.

啤酒工廠舊體建築是工業區的洗漿廠房。

The old building of the beer factory isa pulp washing plant in the industrial park.

在改造時，L A D 使用了鋼材、舊木、水泥為主要材料，用以呼應粗曠質樸的工業氣質。酒桶聚睛的金屬亮色，是在入口吸引顧客的最生動啤酒館標識。

Designers adopted steel materials, old wood and cement as main materialsto work in concert with rough and plain industrial temperament.

自蘇美爾人描述公元前3000年兩人用葦管共飲啤酒之始，啤酒至今都意味著友善與社交。

Since two peopleused reed tubes to drink beer together before 3000 BC, which was described bySumerians, beer has been symbolizing friendship and social contact untilnow.

室內體驗區間的區隔由粗鋼材形成的大網狀結構與精細網狀結構組合而成，顧客可以透過這些灰黑色的模塊相視舉杯共飲。

The partition between indoor experience spaces is formed by the combination of large meshstructure made of thick steel materials and fine mesh structure. Therefore,customers can see each other and propose a toast together through the grey andblack grids.

二樓空間相對獨立，滿足顧客不被打擾的需求。

The space on the second floor is relatively separate, so that customers will not be disturbed byothers.

舊木與鋼材特製而成的桌椅有著德國式的沈穩硬朗，暖黃的燈光與柔軟的皮質傢具為空間加入溫度，增加了親和力。

Tables and chairs made of old wood and steel materials are endowed with Germanstyle steady and industrial sense. The warm yellowlight and soft leather furniture add to the warmth and affinity of thespace.

傢具的現代感與舊廠符號的歷史感、精緻的細節與粗糲的空間，二者形成獨特的感官。

The modern sense of furniture, the historic sense of old factorysymbols, exquisite details and rough space create special experience forcustomers.

如果說錯落的釀酒桶是一個「過程的裝置」，舊廠房保留下來的木桶則是「時間的雕塑」。

The scattered beer brewing barrels are 「procedural decoration art」,which fuses together with the experience zone. The eyecatching metal brightcolor of the beer barrels is the most vivid symbol to attract customers, whilethe wooden barrels left by the old plant is the 「sculpture art of time」, which forms unique spatial visual focus point.

木桶形成空間獨特的視覺落點，新的空間屬性，使它猶如蘇美爾人狂歡時的啤酒容器。

Due to the newspatial attribute, the bar is like a beer container for the carnival of Sumerians.

大面積的窗使室內光線充足，隱見綠意。

Large-sizedwindows contribute to sufficient light in the room embellished with greenplants.

室外的餐飲區作為體驗區的延展空間，貫穿空間特質，獲得一個更開闊的親近自然的環境。

The exteriorcatering zone is an extended space of the experience space, which extends through the whole space and facilitates customers to get closer to the natural environment in a wider space.
