「冬棗+香蕉」讓萬千網友瘋狂了?敢不敢試試!

A weird recipe has swept across the Chinese-language Internet, with many attempting to try the allegedly most disgusting combination of banana and jujubes.

一種奇葩的食譜橫掃了中文互聯網圈——許多人試圖去嘗嘗這種所謂的讓人最難以忍受的食物組合:香蕉加棗。

The recipe first appeared on Sept. 22 when a netizen posted a snapshot of a conversation with a friend, who recalled her experience of eating banana and jujube together, creating a feeling of 「life』s [a] merry-go-round.」 The person further said that she literally dropped to her knees after eating it, 「As if something was rotten in my mouth.」

它首次出現在9月22日,當時,一位網友在網上發布了一段與朋友聊天的快照,朋友回憶起自己吃香蕉加棗子的經歷,產生了一種感覺——「彷彿看到了人生的走馬燈」。這個人還說她吃完後秒跪,「好像有什麼東西在我嘴裡腐爛了。」

The post immediately triggered great curiosity. It has been reposted more than 41,000 times, with many claiming that they have tried the recipe and noting their different reactions.

該文章立馬引起了人們極大的好奇心,被轉發了4.1萬次,許多人聲稱他們已經嘗試了吃香蕉加棗,並曬出了各種不同的反應:

「I tried banana and jujube. It was like chewing on a pregnant flying cockroach that had just eaten a stinkbug,」 wrote a netizen.

According to Shi Jun, a noted expert on botany, jujube skin and banana are like the texture of an insect, with an outer skin and inner organs. Banana skin also gives off a stinky smell when it is fermented.

據著名植物學專家史軍介紹,棗子皮和香蕉模擬了昆蟲的質地,有外皮和內部器官。香蕉皮在發酵時也會散發出臭味。

Bi Xiaotian, a doctorate student of chemical engineering from Tsinghua University, on Sept. 24, unveiled his 「study result」 on his WeChat. Through his personal experiment, Bi claimed that the nauseous smell grows stronger when one eats the banana first and then a jujube. Specifically, if the ratio of banana to jujube stays at 4-2, the smell is strongest.

9月24日,清華化工學院的一位博士生畢小天在他的微信上公布了其「研究結果」。通過他的個人經歷,畢表示當一個人先吃香蕉,然後再吃棗子時,這種噁心的味道就會變得更強烈。尤其,如果香蕉與棗的比例保持在4比2,那麼是最噁心的。
