根據對題目的分析，我們將文章分為4段：

第一段：Introduction

The tablecompareschanges in the proportion ofresidents who lived in Victoria, Tasmania and the northern territoryin two separate years: 2001 and 2006.

第二段：房子和半獨立住宅

Looking at the information in more detail, houses weretheideal typeof home for people from all areaslisted,althoughthe proportiondecreased slightly by2% in both Victoria and Tasmania (78% - 76%and 88%-86%).

Interms ofsemi-detached houses, they were the second most popular style,and its percentage increased minimally in two places (13% and 10% respectively),except forTasmaniawho sefigure remained stable at4%.

第三段：公寓

Only a few people had chosen to live in an apartment,withthe proportion of 12%, 9% and 8% respectivelyby the end of the period. Other types werethe leastpopular type, and almost no residents chose them, while the proportion of the Norther Territorywas considerably higherthan other two places, at 11%.

第四段：overview

Overall,houses were the most popular choice for Australians,whileother types were the least popular over the five-year period.
