唐女士日本筑波大學社會系統工學博士,現任日本科智株式會社董事長。曾任日本郵政省「通信綜合研究所」研究員,參與了多個國家級科研課題的研究。她是精細化信息管理專家,熱衷於中日兩國之間的信息科技交流,先後參與籌建中日IT企業互設分支機構的工作並任其高管職務。目前,她受聘擔任 「中國軟體行業協會」亞洲EA論壇顧問和日本「ERP研究推進論壇」主席研究員。近年來,唐博士關注於養老設施管理系統整合和醫療智能化研究,被世界中西藥聯合會聘為國醫堂館社區委員會常務理事職務。

Achievement & Awards

President, Science and Wisdom Consulting Co., Ltd.

Mrs. Lily Tang is a Doctor in Social System Engineering from University of Tsukuba, and now serves as President of Science and Wisdom Consulting Co., Ltd. She used to be a researcher in Telecommunication Research Institute of Japanese Ministry of Post and Telecommunication, participating in the study of many scientific research projects at national level. She is a expert of delicacy information management, keen on IT exchanges between China and Japan. Mrs. Tang successively took up the job of preparing to build Sino-Japanese corporations and setting up branches mutually as a senior executive. Currently, she is employed to serve as consultant of Asian EA Forum of CSIA, as well as Chairman of Researcher of Japanese ERP Research and Advance Forum. In recent years, Dr. Tang focuses on endowment facility management system integration and medical intelligence research. She is also granted Managing Director of Community Committee of Chinese Medicine Hall by World Chinese and Western Medicine Federation.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and Old-Age Health Care

今天主要想和大家分享幾點內容:我所在的企業是做什麼的,日本養老行業的現狀,以及中醫藥和養老養生。我所在的科智是真正的跨界企業,我們曾經專註於企業信息化系統,六年前開始轉型養老產業。

Today I would like to share with you a few things: what my business is doing, the state of the Japanese pension industry, and the traditional Chinese medicine and old-age health care. Our company Science and Wisdom consulting co., ltd. is a real cross-boundary enterprise. We have focused on the enterprise information system and transformed to the pension industry six years ago.

日本的養老產業

Japan s pension industry

我們企業主要是從養老信息化系統起步,鑒於中國社會的老齡化情況,以及中國養老的基礎需求,從孝順的角度,我們也是想把日本優秀的養老技術和環境,以及精細化服務帶到中國來。養老問題在日本社會也是一樣的,因為日本在2000年已經進入了人口老齡化,社會各個方面,包括社會資本的提供以及政策法規在內,都做了很周全的布局,這很值得我們借鑒。

Our enterprise mainly started from pension information system, in view of the aging of China s social situation, as well as the basis of Chinese pension demand, from the perspective of filial piety, we want to invent Japanese good pension technology and environment, and the fine service to China. Pension problems in Japanese society are the same, because Japan has entered an ageing population in 2000, the various social aspects, including the offer of social capital and policies and regulations, have been a very comprehensive layout, which is well worth our reference.

眾所周知,世界上人口的壽命中日本是排位靠前的,而養老產業,在和其他產業尤其跟IT產業比較而言,是很落後的產業,信息化也是還在解決的問題。我們根據日本養老現有的實際情況,在系統方面添加了日常業務管理和照護。

As is known to all, Japan is ranking top in the life length in the world, and the pension industry, particularly in comparison with other industry like IT, is very backward, information technology is still in solving process. We have added daily business management and care to the system based on the actual situation of Japanese pension.

養老的真正需求

The real demand for old-age care

現階段養老產業的現狀是,充分應用互聯網就可以達到養老需求,但最關鍵的是精細化養老和提高品質以及人性化服務。換言之,其實我們缺的不是系統和互聯網,有技術,有愛心的精細化專業人員在現場提供服務是我們養老最緊急的需求,所以我們跟北京中醫藥大學合作在人才培養方面做了一些工作。

The current state of the pension industry is that the Internet can be fully applied to the needs of the elderly, but the key is to refine and improve the quality and services. In other words, we need is not the system and the Internet, but fine professionals with technology and compassion providing services on site is the most urgent needs our pension, so we cooperated with Beijing Chinese Medicine University and did some work in terms of talent cultivation.

業內的專家們都已經提過:人類的壽命從理論上推算,長壽並不是意味著我們不會變老也不會生病,也不是我們有高端的醫療、理想的物理環境,我們就可以躺在床上接受高品質的治療,然後老去。這不是理想的長壽,或高品質的人生。

Industry experts has mentioned that human life is theoretically calculated, longevity does not mean we don t grow old also won t get sick, and not with high-end medical, ideal physical environment, we can lie on the bed to accept the treatment of high quality, and then grow old. This is not ideal longevity, or high quality of life.

我提到了日本在2000年已經進入老齡化社會,我們面臨的醫療費用增加、過渡醫療等問題,日本社會也早已遇到,最初它的養老需求是醫療輔助護理的日常服務,現在轉型到如何提高老年人生活品質。

I mentioned Japan has entered an aging society in 2000, we are faced with the medical problems, such as health care costs increase, transition, Japanese society have already met, initially its endowment demand is medical auxiliary nursing daily service, now changed to how to improve the quality of life of elderly.

日語中有一個詞:ピンピンコロリ。意思就是無論是90歲,還是120歲,不給別人填麻煩,不需要被喂飯、陪床,老年人有獨立意識。這才是高品質的養老需求。

Japanese have a word: ピンピンコロリ. It means that whether you are 90 or 120, you don t need to be fed, you don t need to be fed, you don t need to be in bed, you have an independent mind. This is the high quality of the pension needs.

中醫在日本的推廣

The promotion of traditional Chinese medicine in Japan

其實大家也知道在中醫藥方面,韓國和日本可能是除中國外最普及的一個地方,中藥歷史有2000多年,而東洋的中醫歷史是1600年。我不得不說,日本的中醫發展是較成熟的,中醫都經過醫科的學習,大多數是本科或者研究生或三年的專科學校,博士比較少。但常用處方成藥,已經融入了高齡人養老照護需要中,日本現有人口1.2億,30%為老年人,這個需求非常大。

In fact, it is also known that for traditional Chinese medicine, South Korea and Japan are probably the most popular places besides China. The history of traditional Chinese medicine is over 2,000 years, while the history of Chinese medicine in Dongyang is 1600 years. I have to say that the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Japan is mature. Professors has been studied in medicine, most of which are undergraduate or postgraduate or three years of junior college, and there are fewer PHDS. But the usual prescription drug, which has been integrated into the elderly care and Japan has a population of 120 million and 30 percent of the elderly, which is a huge demand.

在藥材研究方面,相對中醫來比,中藥的研究非常發達,所以最近有一個趨勢就是中國的旅行者到了日本,前幾年是狂買電飯煲,現在是購買中藥。這是因為日本的中藥湯劑很少,現代化手段的製劑非常普及,多為丸類或顆粒。

In medicine research, relative to traditional Chinese medicine, the study of Chinese traditional medicine is very developed in Japan, so a recent trend is the Chinese tourists were crazy to buy rice cooker a few years ago but now buying Chinese traditional medicine. This is because there are very few traditional Chinese medicine decoction, and the preparation of modern means is very popular, mostly pellets or granules.

其實日本的中藥市場基本是封閉的,例如我們的品牌同仁堂是不能進入日本的,因為在很多年前就已經被註冊,這非常遺憾。但在方針、政策方面,我們真的有很多需要學習,以便提高推廣和市場化的能力。

In fact, Japan s traditional Chinese medicine market is basically closed, for example, our brand Tong Rentang is not allowed to enter Japan, because it was registered many years ago, which is very regrettable. But in terms of policy, we really have a lot to learn to improve the ability of promoting and marketing.
