「Everybody Needs a Best Friend」是電影《泰迪熊》(Ted )的主題曲。爵士樂的跳躍節奏加上爵士名伶Norah Jones慵懶輕盈的演唱，使得這首以「友情」為主題的歌曲變得十分俏皮可愛，讓人不禁聯想起電影里泰迪熊和男主人公John之間滑稽又溫暖的友情。影片中的泰迪熊是一隻有生命的玩具熊，它陪John走過了孤獨的童年，也見證了John從男孩變成男人的成長曆程。27年來，這對摯友一起經歷了很多事情，也接受了許多考驗。他們一起瘋，一起鬧，一起傷心，一起歡笑，成為彼此不可或缺的朋友。

亞里士多德曾說：「A true friend is onesoul in two bodies. (摯友如異體同心。)」最好的朋友是和我們心有靈犀的人，不用過多的言語也知道我們在想些什麼。他們分享著我們的歡樂，也分擔著我們的憂愁。在漫長的人生旅途中，everybody needs a best friend，因為他們會一路相伴，陪我們一起經歷風雨，與我們一起成長，不可或缺，也無可替代。
