We usually think of " recommendations" as people who tell us, but I learn from life, the most useful experience, in the way I grew up and in truth, I learned by observing role models and by observing people around me, from the values that these people taught me during my career. However, if there is another suggestion that has a profound impact on me, it is " always remember where you come from. ".

I grew up in a small town in north Carolina, where you know each other, no matter who you are, and treat it with equal treatment. When people make promises, you know you can trust him. In the company, I work hard, want to be honest with people, and make a statement. No matter whether you run a business on wall street or in a small town in north Carolina, nothing is more important than honesty.

During my growing up, my father worked for a long time to run his small business, but like my mother, my father can keep enough time for others. They give back a lot of feedback to the community, and when we have more and more family members, we always leave places for friends and neighbors at the table. My family is a place full of support and sympathy, and they often teach me to be able to flex and work correctly. As the youngest of the six brothers, there is nothing better than growing up so that I can bear the criticism.

I have lived in new York for a long time and I am lucky to have made some achievements in the business world. But I still want to go back to north Carolina at any time, because no matter what opportunities and challenges I face, it will make me remember where I come from, where I learned these values.
