蘭州大學化學化工學院始建於1946年，是我國最早設立的化學院系之一。1985年首批建立國家重點實驗室——應用有機化學國家重點實驗室（2003年更名為功能有機分子化學國家重點實驗室），1998年組建成立了化學化工學院。目前有教學科研人員179人，其中教授58人、副教授67人，博士生導師47人。在讀本科生1000多名，博士和碩士研究生800多名。

一、基本情況

蘭州大學是教育部直屬的全家重點綜合性大學，也是國家「985工程」和「211工程」重點建設高校之一，地處絲綢之路經濟帶上核心節點城市——甘肅蘭州。學校創建於1909年，前身是清末新政期間設立的甘肅法政學堂。多年來，蘭州大學把服務國家戰略需求與服務區域發展相結合，把為西部發展提供人才支持、知識貢獻和解決西部經濟社會發展中的重大問題作為社會責任和使命，特別是圍繞「一帶一路」戰略和「雙一流」建設，不斷推進綜合改革，現已發展成為國家在西部地區高層次人才培養、基礎科學研究和高新技術研發、高層次決策諮詢的重要基地，成為國家和區域創新體系的重要組成部分和基本力量。

蘭州大學化學化工學院和功能有機分子化學國家重點實驗室是全國最早批准的化學一級學科博士授權點單位和國家最早設立的「基礎學科（化學）人才培養基地」之一，擁有首批化學博士後科研流動站和首批有機化學國家重點學科，化學學科是國家「985」和「211工程」重點建設學科和甘肅省青年科技創新示範基地，擁有教育部高等學校特色專業（化學和功能材料）和國家戰略性新興產業對應專業（功能材料）。現有學士學位授權專業4個、碩士學位授權專業10個，博士學位授權專業8個、工程碩士專業授權領域1個。擁有國家自然科學基金委員會首批建立的「創新研究群體」、教育部「創新團隊」、基礎理論與實驗能力雙高型化學專業課程國家級教學團隊、國家級化學實驗教學示範中心和綠色催化與合成國際聯合研究中心，擁有一批具有國際先進水平的儀器設備。

蘭州大學的科學研究素以基礎研究見長，同時廣泛開展應用研究。近年來，蘭州大學被SCI收錄的科技論文數居全國高校前24位，科技論文被SCI期刊引用數居全國高校前16位。據2017年1月Nature Index統計，蘭州大學在高水平期刊上發表論文數居全國高校第10位。根據最新ESI統計，蘭州大學化學學科發表論文被引用率位居世界100位，進入ESI排名1‰，化學學科入選「雙一流」學科建設名單，躋身世界研究頂尖行列。

四、相關待遇

1． 「千人計劃」長期項目入選者：實行全職工作稅前100萬元年薪制。實際工作時間為9個月的，享受稅前75萬元薪酬/年。

2．國家傑出青年基金獲得者或入選長江計劃特聘教授（全職）的人才：享受不低於50萬元/年的薪酬。

3．「青年千人計劃」人選者：享受中央財政提供的50萬元住房補貼、安家費，稅前40萬元薪酬/年。在國家提供的科研啟動經費基礎上，我校根據需要提供200-300萬元以上的配套經費，特別需求者，配套經費可面議。來校工作後根據需要可向學校單獨申請專項科研經費。聘為教授、博士生導師，提供專屬研究生招生指標。提供不小於130m2的人才周轉公寓。解決配偶工作、子女入學及入托問題。

4．青年研究員：稅前30萬元薪酬/年，提供不少於100萬科研經費或學科建設費配套支持。

5．學校和學院將為入選者提供良好的生活工作條件，包括有競爭力的工資（年薪制）及津貼待遇、住房補貼、辦公實驗用房、科研儀器設備等。

6．在團隊建設、研究生招生、重大科研項目申請等方面給予傾斜支持。

Lanzhou University, China

Lanzhou University was established in 1909 as the earliest institution of advanced learning and higher education in Northwest China. In 1996 and 2001, Lanzhou University became one of the key supporting universities of national 「211 Project」 and 「985 Project」. Lanzhou University has been the best university in the northwestern region of China, ranking as one of the top 30 among over 1,500 universities across China. It is one of the key universities administered directly by the Ministry of Education.

With around 20,000 undergraduates and over 10,000 postgraduates, Lanzhou University has a long history of excellence in chemistry, physics, biology, mathematics and geology. According to ISI, the total citation of scientific articles from Lanzhou University is ranked the 16th in all Chinese universities. For high impact publications, Lanzhou University is ranked the 10th among all the Chinese universities, according to Nature Index.

College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering & State Key Laboratory of Applied Organic Chemistry (SKLAOC) inLanzhou University are the leading chemistry research institutions in China, equipped with the state-of-the-art research facility. There are currently 179 faculty members in the college, including 58 Professors, 67 Associate Professors and 47 Ph.D. advisors. The college has more than 1000undergraduate and 800 postgraduate students, studying in eight Ph.D program, ten MS program and four BS programs.

Lanzhou University is known to produce high impact research work particularly in the fields of Chemistry and Materials. Based on the recent ESI citation statistic data from ISI, Lanzhou University is listed as the 100th in Chemistry, Chemistry was selected the national-level "Double First-Class" initiative across all the research institutes worldwide.

The College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering & State Key Laboratory of Applied Organic Chemistry have several faculty positions open for application.

Qualifications:

An ideal applicant should have obtained a Ph.D degree in chemistry, materials, biology, or a related discipline. The applicant is expected to have recently completed postdoctoral training with outstanding publication record. Age requirement is not restricted for certain positions but special support will be given to applicants under 35 years of age.

Positions:

Positions are mainly open for principle investigators (PI) at professor or senior researcher level.

However, young researchers would like to join the college to start at assistant professor level are also welcome to apply.

Remuneration:

A successful candidate will be provided with a highly competitive salary, other compensations, and excellent start-up funds, as well as assistance in soliciting relevant national or university scholarly titles.

Special supporting fund and postgraduate students are available in the first 3-5 years.

Senior faculties will provide young researchers help and useful guidance for career development.

「The Thousand Talents Plan」: 1 million RMB annual salary before taxes for full-time position; and 750,000 RMB annual salary before taxes for those talents working for 9 months every year.

「China National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientists」 or 「Changjiang Scholar (full time)」: Equal or more than 500,000 RMB annual salary before taxes.

「The Thousand Young Talents」: 500,000 RMB settling-in allowance by central government finance and 400,000 RMB annual salary before taxes, with 1-3 million RMB research start-up fund by central government finance and equal amount or more fund by Lanzhou University.

Outstanding young investigators: Independent PI, 300,000 RMB annual salary before taxes, with equal or more than 1 million RMB research fund.
