社區運營

1、2018年1月28日，CZR標準鏈團隊在中國杭州協助舉辦了第二十一站全球區塊鏈萬里行活動，普及區塊鏈知識，傳遞區塊鏈正能量；

3、經過前期意見徵詢，發布了2018年CZR鎖倉獎勵活動，鎖倉90天獎勵2%CZR，鎖倉180天獎勵5%CZR，鎖倉270天獎勵8%CZR，鎖倉360天獎勵12%CZR（100CZR起投）；

4、開啟社區招募志願者，已陸續收到幾十份來自標準鏈社區成員的報名郵件，團隊會從中篩選出符合條件的志願者，同時社區建設的制度細則正在籌備中；

5、1月31日，CZR標準鏈創始人金海龍先生做客鋅財經直播間，為大家解讀神秘的區塊鏈，講述區塊鏈未來的價值；

6、CZR上線bcex平台的交易競賽活動已結束，活動獎勵的代幣已全部發放。

Technical Development

1. Test、modify the combination mechanism of the PoP consensus algorithm and DAG structure in the technology white paper;

2. Recruitment of technical teams from both China and the United States is still underway；

3. The United States Institute identified the site in Manhattan, New York；

4. The CanonChain gateway device which plan to line on the second quarter, part of the code to achieve open source (Address: https://github.com/canonchain/gateway)

Community Activities

1. On January 28, 2018, the CZR team helped organize the 21st Global Block Chain Marriott in Hangzhou, China, popularized the knowledge of the blockchain, and delivered the positive energy of the blockchain；

2. January 30, 2018 announced the repurchase program. To boost community confidence in the CZR , the CZR Team decided to repurchase 10 million CZR plans, repurchase continued until February 6, about 4.5 million CZR has been repurchased so far, wallet address：0x474b9e92418bb3542f54589650e779c32ba9e45e；

3. After the previous consultation, the CZR Lock-up Incentive Policy was released . Lock-up for 90days would reward 2% CZR. Lock-up for 180days would reward was 5% CZR. Lock-up for 270days would reward 8% CZR, Lock-up for 360days would reward 12% CZR (100CZR at least)；

4. Open the community to recruit volunteers, we received dozens of applications from members of the CZR community registration, the team will filter out eligible volunteers, and the system of community construction is under preparation；

5. On January 31, Mr. Hailong Jin, founder of CZR CanonChain, visited Zinc Financial Live to interpret the mysterious blockchain and tell us the future value of the blockchain；

6. The trading competition of the CZR online bcex exchange has ended, the activity reward token has been paid totally.
