題目翻譯：

寫作指導：

1）本題注意因為描述的是人口年齡段的變化，所以採用的是動態圖的寫作手法，要分別注意時態和一些固有辭彙和短語的使用。

3）總值也是這道題的特殊性，注意總值出現的位置以及一些必要的對比。

4）文章的結構分析：
