36、你能解脫，這是上師三寶的一種期望；你能利益眾生，這是上師三寶更大的期望。你為了這些去愛護身體和生命，實際上是愛護諸佛菩薩的事業，愛護父母眾生的利益，不是為自己。

36. It is the Guru and the Three Jewels』 expectation that you could be liberated, and it is their even bigger expectation that you could benefit other beings. To cherish your body and life for such reason is indeed to cherish the saints』 undertakings as well as to cherish all beings』 interests, rather than for self.
