AME旗下Annals of Translational Medicine（《轉化醫學年鑒》，簡稱ATM），是一本致力於學術研究與臨床實踐互相轉化促進的英文國際性期刊，由江蘇省人民醫院王學浩院士、廣州醫科大學附屬第一醫院何建行教授以及西班牙肺癌研究協會（Spanish Lung Cancer Group, SLCG）主席 Rafael Rosell 教授共同擔任雜誌主編。ATM雜誌是一本經同行互評，開放獲取的雙周刊雜誌，雜誌內容包括臨床前研究、有助於了解疾病生理機制的基礎研究，此外還收錄多學科治療、流行病學、生物標記物、病理生理以及醫學相關的技術進展等轉化醫學相關內容。該雜誌內容科學嚴謹，已成為一本有著全新醫學信息，教育意義重大的醫學雜誌。雜誌自2014年被PubMed收錄。

在2017這一年，ATM雜誌攜手國際心血管各領域的優秀專家學者出版了心血管領域最新進展的特刊——"Advances in Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Structural Heart Disease: A Moving Target"，將心血管領域當前最新的研究熱點以主題特刊出版的形式呈現給讀者。在此基礎上， 為進一步促進國內外學者間的討論與交流，AME將就此特刊出版中文圖書。

為此，特在此召集國內優秀的醫生學者參與到特刊"Advances in Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Structural Heart Disease: A Moving Target"的中文翻譯工作中來。
