原文釋義

孔子說：「君子謀求學道行道，不謀求衣食。耕田，有時也免不了餓肚子；學習，則可以得到俸祿。君子只擔心道不能明不能行，不擔心貧窮。

英文翻譯

《Confucian Analects》：The Master said，「A superior man aim at truth；he does not aim at food.Plowing may end in famine；learning may end in rank and pay.But a superior man is anxious lest he should not get truth；he is not anxious lest poverty should come upon him.」
