管敬革妹妹在照顧她父親最後的日子裡，常給她發父親吃飯的照片，並說爸只有看到她回去才笑得最開心，因為管敬革總能給爸帶來驚喜：西班牙的獲獎證書，全國書畫展獲獎證書.......還有她在北京出席的大型活動及中國文聯，和其他全國及刊物發表的作品。父親說管敬革創造了他一生中從來沒有過的奇蹟，並實現了他一生的願望.......
