So, let』s be honest, most of the time we spend on our phone is probably a bit of a waste.

Most of the videos we see and articles we read are there to tell us what toys we MUST buy for our children (or else they will be unhappy forever!), or how to help our children be the top in their class, how to fashionably style their hair, what clothes to buy, or how to make a cool dinosaur-shaped cake. Now, these things aren』t bad. Many of them are helpful—but they are likely not that important.

請不要把你太多寶貴的時間浪費在這些事情上！請記住，時間是生活的組成部分。所以請不要浪費你的生命！

Don』t waste so much of your precious time on these things! Remember, time is the stuff that life is made up of. So don』t waste your life away!
