1.我完全同意生活在大城市對人的健康有害，從工作、飲食和空氣質量三個方面來看。

2. 大城市生活節奏快，一般情況下工作比較忙，甚至有熬夜加班的情況。大城市一般公司離住的地方比較遠，早上也需要起的早，這樣導致睡眠不足。

3. 大城市的快速的生活節奏使人很少自己下廚做飯和有規律的飲食，而有些快餐很不健康，更不要提一些不符合質量的食品。

4. 現在，一些大城市的空氣質量很不好，主要由於一般來說快速興起的城市都是以工業為主，如1952年的倫敦霧霾和現在的北京。
