Mozilla Firefox 59.0 Beta 14 發布

Firefox 59將會引入全新的隱私設置，不允許惡意網站訪問用戶的相機、麥克風、定位的同時，還能禁止請求向您傳送通知。該功能啟用之後所有列表外的網站將無法請求獲得傳送通知的許可權。在目前的Firefox穩定版中，用戶可以前往設置面板的「隱私和安全」條目，在許可權區域對能夠訪問位置、攝像頭、麥克風和通知的網站進行設置，確保用戶在上網過程中能夠保護你的個人隱私和在線安全。

不過在即將上線的Firefox 59版本中，Mozilla添加了全新選項能夠允許用戶阻止訪問攝像頭、麥克風、位置和通知的請求諮詢。Mozilla在Firefox 59的更新日誌中寫道：「在about:preferences頁面添加的新功能，在確保用戶信任網站的正常訪問之外，允許用戶屏蔽從惡意網站發出的訪問攝像頭、位置等請求通知。」
