修行

任何時候都不起煩惱，沒有痛苦的時候才是解脫、才是成就，之前什麼也不是。修行是一場戰爭，有勝利的時候，也有失敗的時候，堅持下去，一定會勝利！修行的過程就像乘坐一輛長途客車，有翻山的時候，有過橋的時候，有鑽洞的時候，也有走平地的時候，在修行的過程中也肯定有各種各樣或好或壞的感受、境界和征相，不要執著這些，不要停留、不要回頭！我們的修行已經有方向、有目標了，一定要朝這個方向走，一定要達到目標，不能停止。

One can liberate and get attainment when he won』t arise any annoyance and pain anytime. He will fail to do so before that stage. Practice is a war, sometimes we win and sometimes we lose too. However, there must be victory if we insist on. And the process of practicing is like taking a long-distance coach, it crosses the mountain, passes through the bridge and the tunnel, it also runs on the plane ground. We may have various of feelings, realms or signs when we are practicing. However, please don』t attach to these, don』t stop, don"t look back too! Once our practice has directions and targets, we must follow the way and reach the target without cease.
