If the Spurs lose tonight, they will be in a three way tie with the Jazz and Nuggets. The Clippers will stay above the Jazz/Nuggets/Spurs because they have a higher win percentage based on playing two fewer games.

In the three way tie, the first tie breaker is the best winning percentage in all games played among the tied teams. The Jazz are 5-2 against the Spurs and Nuggets, the Nuggets are 4-4, and the Spurs are 2-5. So the Jazz would win the tie-breaker to move into 8th, the Nuggets to 9th, and the Clippers to 7th if the Spurs lose tonight.
