Ms. Matovinovic has more than 25 years of experience in education and educational assessment. As the Senior Vice President of Test Development at ACT, Ms. Matovinovic provides expertise, leadership, and strategic direction for the design and development of products and services across the K through career continuum designed to support claims related to college and career readiness. Ms. Matovinovic champions the next generation assessment innovation at ACT. Under her leadership, ACT Test Development has transitioned operations of test development to Content Development Environment (CDE) platform to enable versatile, flexible, and secure means of online developing, managing and exporting test content. In addition, she oversees automatic item generation, natural language processing and data mining research for automated scoring and automated test assembly.
