在任何關係中，無論是親密關係，柏拉圖關係，還是兩者之間的關係，你對待對方的方式，正是你相信愛呈現的要素。

In any relationship whether at the intimate level, platonic oranything in between, the way you treat the other person, is exactly what youbelieve love is in the context that they show up for you as.

Each person will show up differently of course, and offer you anawakening to the type of love you have to the aspect of yourself that theyrepresent for you.

Look at the major judgements you have of others, because that"s whereyou"ll receive the greatest enlightenment once embraced within yourself.

Shadow work, as this is known as, is not easy because the egowants to protect you from seeing what you judge in another, within yourself.

What happens is that you project the judgement onto the outerworld and believe it has nothing to do with you.

But here"s the kicker:- you just couldn"t have a relationship withthat person if what you judge in them didn"t reflect you - all the good and allthe not so good.

Self-awareness is not always the easiest road to journey upon, butit offers the greatest rewards.

And as Maharishi once said "What otherpeople? There"s only one of us!"

As you go through life Jenny, you see that it contains times ofsolitude and times of celebration, times of sadness and times of joy.

Be as open to all the different aspects of life as you can.

Be a vessel for the different waves to flow through you.

This way life gets easier, it still comes with all the differentevents and situations that enable the various themes you experience, but you"renot in resistance to them anymore and you know that it will always change.

Impermanence is the only guarantee you have, andso you must use it to your best ability by trusting that what is, is what is,and allowing yourself to go with the flow.
