虎撲3月19日訊 據NBA記者Dave McMenamin報道，騎士宣布泰倫-盧將暫時離開球隊，首席助教拉里-德魯將接管臨時主教練一職。

據NBA記者Adrian Wojnarowski後續更新，聯盟消息人士透露，盧已經考慮這一選項長達數周時間，但直到現在才做出決定。

據NBA記者Shams Charania報道，盧離隊是因為健康問題。

騎士官網也發布了盧對此的聲明，他說道：「在和我們的醫生以及科比（奧爾特曼）溝通許久，並考慮到為球隊以及我的身體健康做出最有益的選擇後，我需要暫時離開球隊，專註於打造一個更加強壯和健康的身體基礎，來執教完剩餘賽季。」

「賽季至今，我一直以來都有胸痛以及其他麻煩的癥狀，缺乏睡眠更是雪上加霜。儘管接受了一系列的測試，但目前還沒有結論究竟是何問題。

「儘管我一直在努力堅持下去，我最不想做的事情就是影響到球隊，我會利用這段時間來專註於制定一份處方療程以及接受藥物治療，之前一直很難在賽季中段的時候實施，我的目標就是讓自己以更強壯更健康的姿態回歸，這樣，我就可以繼續領導這支冠軍球隊朝向我們的目的地。

「我非常感激丹-吉爾伯特、科比-奧爾特曼、我們的醫療團隊以及球隊從始至終對我的支持。」盧說道。

科比-奧爾特曼對此的聲明是：「我們都知道如今的情況對於盧教練來說有多麼艱難，我們完全支持他專註於解決他的健康問題。

Sleep is a huge part of health and I would bet with all the travel, his diet probably isn"t ideal either. Hopefully a few weeks of rest helps.

This is exactly what I went though.

I had tons of mental and physical issues like chest pains and an inability to sleep. It took me like a year and a half to pull myself together, but all the symptoms disappeared once I reached a decent level of stress and was able to face some of my issues.

yooo bro. I am on the recovery end of it, but a couple months ago, exactly the same. Whenever I read these now, I completely get it after the hell I went through. I"m at like 90% now, but I still get some nagging symptoms. It is much easier to deal with though knowing it is just stress.

Stress is relative to the person perceiving it. Your events could induce the same amount of stress as the coach going through the season.

I do feel you are being thoughtful to not take away from what Lou is going through, I just want to point that out, so others don"t feel guilty that they are struggling with something that appears "small" and hide from getting help.

Could just be anxiety tbh. If its a new thing (like within the past year as he said) and they haven"t found the issue, there"s hope it"s "just" that. Idk how likely that is, but there"s a chance. Anxiety can cause chest pains.

Serious enough that he"s taking indefinite leave while his team is holding on to the 3 seed for dear life with a dozen or so games to go. So it can"t be all that great.

現在球隊還有十幾場要打，同時也要保住東部第三的席位，盧在這個時候選擇離開（歸期未定），問題真的不樂觀啊。
