Circle the globe in one meal at this worldly buffet spread!

Taste a wealth of China"s spring culinary delights without leaving your dining table at Pudong Shangri-La"s Yi Café, which is serving new dishes on March 27 in partnership with Mr. Shen Hongfei from the popular TV show,A Bite of China.

浦東香格里拉大酒店怡咖啡將於2018 年3月27日邀您與《舌尖上的中國》總顧問沈宏非親密接觸,令賓客不出國門嘗遍全球美味。

A Bite of Chinais a Chinese documentary series on mainland"s food history, and Mr. Shen is one of the show』s consultant. Also known as Master Shen, he"s a famous Chinese writer, producer, and food columnist who"s known for his inspiring and insightful comments on food in local newspapers, magazines, and on screen.

《舌尖上的中國》是一部尋訪中國民間美食的大型系列紀錄片,沈宏非則是該片的顧問之一。沈宏非又被親切地稱為「沈爺」,是一名美食工作者、自由撰稿人、製片人,他對美食的犀利點評時常見諸各大雜誌報紙及電視節目。

Master Shen

Master Shen introduced some dishes at Yi Café over Chinese New Year, and now he"s back with new flavors for spring. Savor Hainan Wenchang salt-baked chicken, Huaiyang-style steamed bun stuffed with wild vegetables, escalope de French foie gras poche, and black peppercorn pork sausage, all of which will give diners a taste of the season.

沈宏非在春節期間為怡咖啡帶來了幾道新的美食,這次他帶著更多美味佳肴再次回歸。海南文昌鹽焗雞、泰州淮揚秧草包、法式冷切熟食肥鵝肝、黑胡椒二頭烏香腸等,將為食客帶來春意盎然的一餐。

At the same time, Yi Café has a wealth of selection from the sea at its buffet. Choose from lobster, baby abalone, sweet shrimp, salmon, tuna, crab, mussel, squid, and more, or just have it all.

同時,怡咖啡的自助餐還提供種類豐富的海鮮,包括龍蝦、小鮑魚、甜蝦、三文魚、吞拿魚、螃蟹、貽貝、魷魚等等,供君大飽口福。

There are also new buffet items that you can enjoy from 11 live cooking stations. The cuisines span eight countries including China, Japan, the Middle East, India, Southeast Asia, and Europe, and you can enjoy Arabic beef, Xinjiang kebab, Turkish pizza, Indian chicken rice, Indian tandoori frog, deep fried Japanese natto tempura, and freshly baked chocolate fondant.

此外,怡咖啡還有11個現場烹飪灶台,提供八個國家和地區的美味,包括中國、日本、中東、印度、東南亞及歐洲,有阿拉伯牛肉、新疆烤肉、土耳其披薩、印度雞肉飯、印度烤雞、日本納豆天婦羅,還有新鮮出爐的巧克力翻糖蛋糕。
