Oculus Rift在Steam多數市場份額中增加了領先HTC Vive的份額

Valve的每月Steam硬體和軟體調查已經結束，Oculus Rift作為Steam用戶中頭號VR耳機在Steam平台上的勢頭仍然強於HTC Vive。

Rift 上個月率先在Vive 上成為Steam平台上使用最多的VR耳機，佔據了Steam上市場絕大部分VR耳機，領先於其競爭對手2％。而且這個百分點依然在Rift的支持之下，使得Vive的整體領先率達到了4.86％。

Oculus Rift Increases Lead Over HTC Vive in Steam Majority Market Share

Valve』s monthly Steam hardware and software survey is out, and it appearsOculus Rift is still gaining momentum over HTC Vive on the Steamplatform as the number one VR headset among Steam users.

Rift first took the lead over Vive last month as the most used VR headset on the Steam platform, taking the market majority of VR headsets on Steam with a near 2% lead over its competitor. And the percentage points are still moving in Rift』s favor, making for an overall 4.86% lead over Vive.

Mozilla宣布開源的AR / VR網頁瀏覽器"Firefox Reality"

Mozilla Announces Open Source AR/VR Web Browser 『Firefox Reality』

Mozilla, the non-profit company behind Firefox web browser, today announced a new cross-platform, open sourced web browser calledFirefox Reality, something Mozilla says was built from the ground-up for standalone VR and AR headsets.

It』s still early days for Firefox Reality, and while the company hasn』t announced a list of supported headsets, the open source nature of the project makes it hypothetically easy for manufacturers to add the browser to their platform. The company says they』ll be providing updates on when Firefox Reality will be available on headsets via their Twitter soon.

HTC為Vive Pro用戶推出價值300美元的SteamVR 1.0追蹤套件

HTC今天宣布他們將推出300美元的硬體附件捆綁包，其中包括從頭開始的新Vive Pro客戶（除了耳機之外）所需的所有必需品。

HTC Launches $300 SteamVR 1.0 Tracking Bundle for Vive Pro Users

HTC today announced they』re launching a hardware accessory bundle for $300 that will include all necessary bits for new Vive Pro customers starting from scratch (besides the headset, that is).

The tracking bundle includes two SteamVR base stations and two Vive controllers, representing a $220 savings off the current price when purchased individually. This 「Vive Pro Starter Kit」 will be made available on Vive.com starting April 5th.
