四月，它的展開如三月一樣兇猛刺激，所以也一樣會照亮我們的生命，尤其當我們憶起生命中一切的發生都需要被感恩時，無憂無慮的輕鬆愉快就在向我們招手。如果讓四月透過我們閃耀它所有的美，那麼五月將會更加絢麗奪目。如果我們對大自然的美敞開真心，那麼在接下來的三個月，它會確確實實、毫無保留地綻放自己、護佑我們。因此，四

As ferocious as March was in its unfolding so can April lighten up our life inviting us to belighthearted especially as we remember all the things we have to be grateful for. If we let April with all of its beauty shine through us, then May can beeven more resplendent. If we are open to the beauty of nature it can really show off and bless us in the next three months. In April take some time to smell the flowers. All of these little blessings and kindnesses that we havebeen given are meant to be a glimpse of Heaven.

What is also available in April for those of us on a healing path is access to some very deep dynamics that have kept our life stuck in some deep restrictive patterns from which we can now free ourselves. We may regain more power and confidenceas we realize at an even deeper level, as A Course in Miracles states that,"Perception is a choice and not a fact." This is exactly how our deeper mind works. At a soul level the world is a reflection of our own mind and its belief systems. At that level all we see of the world is what we think about ourselves. We have chosen what happen to us. When it was negative it was a misguided choice. We see outside what we hate or have judged in ourselves and we also project the gifts and talents that we don"t feel worthy to have or to receive.
這個月最有幫助的就是去明白，我們不是一個身體，但我們擁有一個身體作為學習的載具。把我們自己看作是一個身體，我們就會變得需索無度，然後總是拚命從外面獲取東西來滿足自己。我們這個滿懷需要的小我，就成了掠奪者。不管我們得到自己想要的，或者沒有，最終結果都是失望。如果沒有「我們是一個身體」的信念，當此生使命完成之時，我們就可以輕易地跨出自己的身體，而不用帶著抱怨和暴怒離開人世。超越身體，就活得有力量、有自由、有愛。在進化的路上，我們努力削弱自己的我執、拆除阻擋愛與生命的分裂、緊縮之牆，當我們達到超越身體的境界時，我們就會明白這份心靈的威力、這
份意願的威力。超越了身體，我們自然會打開自己、請進愛與生命的連結。
What would be most helpful this month is to realize that we are not a body but that we have a body as a learning vehicle. Then we don"t have to die from heartbreak or disappointment. We don"t have to keep feeding our ego with all the needs it manufactured in separation. To think we are a body is to be needy and we then try to get something outside us to satisfy us. Our ego with its needs is apredator. This leads to disappointment whether we get what we want or not. Without the belief we are a body we can simply step out of our body when ourmission is complete rather than leaving this world with complaints and tantrums. To live beyond the body is to have power, freedom and love. When we reach that point in evolution we realize the power of our mind and our will as we seek to reduce our ego and its constrictive walls of separation that block out love and life. Beyond the body we open ourselves and invite the connection of love and life.
我們很多人活得像在坐牢一樣，但這牢房是自己打造的啊！因此我們隨時可以把它拆除，取而代之去造訪老天的珍寶屋，它可是在我們面前門庭大開的。老天一直等待著我們勇敢的決定，要在生命中前行，而非在生活中利用、甚至製造障礙。當面對的議題是靈魂功課時，我們會利用絕大部分的問題作借口不站出來、不向前邁進。而所有這些都可以被翻轉，只要我們承諾於自己、承諾於真相。這不是自私，而是屬真的自我中心。沒有對自己的承諾，承諾於任何人、承諾於任何事都是假的。離開了中心點，我們就會產生很多需要、很多痛苦。結果我們過著犧牲、烈士般的生活，追求獨特性、而非歡迎幸福。老天一
直想幫助我們卸除我們的怨懟、深埋的痛苦和所有的防衛，這些都是我們利用來保持解離的，但卻吸走了原本讓我們喜樂的大部分能量。
So many of us live as if we are imprisoned but it is a prison that we have built. We can dismantle it at anytime and instead visit Heaven"s treasure house, which is open in front of us. Heaven awaits our courageous decision to go forward in life and not touse or even construct obstacles in our lives. While some of the issues we face are soul lessons we use most of our problems as an excuse not to show up or go forward. All of this can be reversed if we are committed to ourselves and the truth. This is not selfishness; it is true self-centeredness. Without commitment to ourselves we can"t really be committed to anyone or anything. We are off our center and have lots of needs and pain within us. As a result we live a life of sacrifice and martyrdom looking for specialness instead of welcoming happiness. Heaven wants to help divest us of our complaints and buried pain and all of the defenses we use to keep them dissociated that suck up so much of our energy meant for us to be joyful.
這個月不缺喜樂。它來自於全然給出我們自己。毫無保留、全部都給，愛與靈感反而把我們席捲，因為這打開了全然領受的我們！
Joy is available to us this month. It comes from giving ourselves completely. By with holding nothing and giving everything we can be swept away with love and inspiration because this opens us to receive it all.
