每個人心裡都有一個面朝大海的夢想

住在一個面朝大海的房子，大概是很多人長久以來的一個夢想。鼓浪嶼就有一種海濱公寓，純玻璃的情侶房，建在沙灘上，晚上海浪拍打在玻璃牆體上，如玉的浪花在床前飛濺開來，驚悚而美麗，極富感覺。等到所謂「度假房產」這種概念流行開來的時候，我以為早年那些文藝青年們的理想快要實現了。

這當然是一種對海景房的溫馨想像，通常這種想像與現實的距離要差好幾光年。我在北京經常接到這樣的推銷電話，在售樓小姐們如簧巧舌的描述下，這些在煙台、天津、秦皇島的房子好像都建在塞席爾的拉迪格島，而我顯然是那種一年可以拿出八個月時間滿世界飛的高帥富。他們寄來的樓書往往都是效果圖，地圖上去機場和遊艇碼頭的時間差不多都一樣了。
