The shape of the sales office is a modern glass box, bringing the outdoor light into the room, allowing the whole space to immerse in the natural glory. In the landscape space from the entrance to the interior, the wood is the top and the waterfront is a wall. 一步入室內，首先映入眼帘的就是用上萬根細木條疊加出的接待台背景牆，通過木條之間的交錯、穿插，拼接出一幅被提煉過的傳統屋檐形狀，在人的漫步中產生視覺上的流動與變換，彷彿用海的筆觸勾勒出來一樣。接待台空間通過解構手法，通過對材料匠心獨運的選擇，讓整個空間在沉浸傳統文化的基調上極具現代意識。

走道盡頭採用了一幅抽象水墨畫來，這是中國文化對水元素充滿張力的表現手法，畫的位置採用了園林端景的手法，置於走道盡頭，讓人一眼無法望到盡頭，增加了空間的層次與虛實對比感。
