Stillness bird 沉靜的鳥兒

Birds all around are flying with joy

Freely through the air

鳥兒歡快地飛翔著

自由地從空中划過

It perches in the corner of the garden

Feeling the marvels of nature

它棲息在花園的一角

感受著大自然的瑰異

The moment of eternity

As it"s not sure that there is an unknown waiting for it

這份片刻的永恆

非確信有一個未知在等待著它

A leisurely bird in his own world, self-contented

Its heart is quiet and clear

閑適的鳥兒在自己的天地，流連自得

內心寧靜而澄澈

The scattered bird can not find himself in his outside world

Its heart confused and clouded;

散漫的鳥兒在外界里

東抓西摸找不到自我

內心迷惘而陰鬱

All you see may remind you how to face a world in turmoil

這一切或許提醒你

如何面對紛擾的世界

Focus on your leisurely bird within

Slowly walk on your way

專註於你那隻從容的鳥兒

不緊不慢走在自己的路上

The dust covers the line of sight of the road

it"s full with competition, pushing, blocking

那條灰塵揚起遮住視線的路

充滿競爭、推搡、阻擋

You stand at a distance to watch a great wave

beating the shore as

it rolls up thousands of grains of sand

淡然站在一定的距離外

看驚濤拍岸捲起千層沙

The night will not disappear

It"s hidden in the thoughtfulness of a day

夜不會消失

它藏著白天的思緒

Every day is full with your efforts and desires

The understanding of freedom is the way

you"ve chosen to accept it all

每一天注滿汗水和願望

自由的理解

在於你選擇接受的方式

You go all the way and leave bubbles on the water

and your footprints in the grains of sand.

你一路走下去

在水上留下泡沫

在沙上留下足跡
